What flowers will I get when I order? 

Seasonal availability will determine the type of flowers used to create your bunch. All our bunches will vary from season to season, day-to-day. Trust us to source the best local varieties from the markets to create your bunch in our style.

What's the difference in size and prices? 

The total size of the bouquet will differ depending on the types of flowers and foliage used in the bunch but generally the small ($55) will have 10-15 stems and increase based on the price increases.

What happens if no one is able to receive the flowers?

All flower and plant orders work under an 'Authority To Leave' system. Our couriers have the authority to leave flowers at, or near, the front door if we deem it safe to do so. If necessary, we will contact the recipient or sender to let them know where we've left their flowers.

If there is nowhere safe to leave them we’ll attempt to contact the sender to re-arrange delivery which is an extra cost to the sender. If we are unable to make contact, MyFlowerMan is not able to re-deliver, replace or refund the product.

Can I schedule the time my order will be delivered? 

No, unfortunately we are unable to schedule the exact time the order will be delivered. Orders can be delivered between 9am - 5pm weekdays. 
If you do have a specific request you can email us at contact@myflowerman.com.au and we can try to organise a time. Please note this service may include additional courier charges.

Can you deliver to suburbs in Sydney not listed on the delivery and shipping information page? 

Yes we can, but please contact us to arrange. Additional courier charges will apply.
