Delivery & Shipping
Sydney Flower Delivery:
The day selected will be for that week. If you order after 12pm (noon) for that day it will be delivered the next week.
The cut-off time for same-day delivery is strictly 12pm (noon) AEDT.
Delivery will be made by 5 pm that day. If you have special delivery instructions or time requests please email: contact@myflowerman.com.au
Standard Delivery & Authority to leave:
All MyFlowerMan orders work on an 'Authority to leave' system with both our local Sydney delivery drivers and national postal services. If you would like to request a change to our delivery service please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can meet your required adjustments.
It is the senders responsibility to ensure someone will be at the allocated shipping address to accept the order. Please note we do not contact the recipient prior to delivery but will contact them if there are any issues with delivery.
Delivery to a business address: The mailroom/ loading dock, reception desk or another member of that business is able to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient. If delivery is refused the recipient and/or sender will be contacted* (please see further details below).
Delivery to a home address: It's the senders responsible to ensure the recipient is either home on the allocated delivery day or there is a safe place to leave.
If there is no one to receive the order however the area is deemed safe by our delivery driver the order will be left unattended, in this situation the job is completed as a successful delivery and no one will need to be contacted.
If an area is not deemed safe to leave, the recipient will first be contacted and if unavailable the sender will be contacted to arrange another delivery option, this is at the expense of the sender to do so.
*If we can not able to reach you on your provided contact number or email in a suitable time-frame for our drivers then the order may not be able to be re-delivered on the same day. As flowers are perishable that may mean a new arrangement needed and will occur an additional charge for both the product and re-delivery. Plants and gifts may be re-delivered with only an additional delivery charge.
No PO boxes will be accepted as delivery addresses for perishable items.
In-Store Collection:
We now offer a collect-in-store option at the checkout. You can select this free option and pick up your flowers during trading hours. You will be contacted regarding pick up times and we are happy to assist with any requests.
You will also be offered collect-in-store if the shipping address entered doesn't fall in our delivery zone. Please check this when you proceed with your payment as we don't offer refunds for incorrect order information including shipping mistakes. If you would like to deliver outside our delivery zone please email contact@myflowerman.com.au and the team will advise on a third party courier cost.

For the free In-Store delivery collection service, you can collect your flowers during our business hours of 7am-2pm.
Monday - Friday, for collection outside of these times please email contact@myflowerman.com.au to arrange.
Pick up or collection is the sole responsibility of the customer. If the order is uncollected it will not be re-created or refunded as the order has been fulfilled on our end.

We currently deliver to the following suburbs of Sydney. If you fall outside these areas please contact us and we may be able to arrange a third party courier for you.

Eastern Suburbs

Product Delivery:
For orders that aren't flowers or fall outside of the Sydney same-day delivery option delivery is sent via Australia Post with both standard and express shipping options, you will be sent tracking information to keep an eye on the shipping process.
Most orders will be received within 1-4 days of placing them. If there are unforeseen delays we will keep you updated at all times.
